{"data":{"id":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-4101","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"4 Pa.C.S. § 4101","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a) Application fees.--The following nonrefundable application fees shall accompany an application for the following licenses or permits applied for under Chapter 35 (relating to application and licensure):\n(1) For a manufacturer or supplier license, $50,000.\n(2) For a terminal operator license, $25,000.\n(3) For an establishment license, $1,000.\n(4) For a key employee or principal license, $500.\n(5) For any other authorization or permit authorized by this part, an amount established by the board, through regulation, which may not exceed $100.\n(b) Initial license and renewal fees.--The following nonrefundable fees shall be required upon issuance of an initial license and shall accompany an application for renewal for the following licenses or permits under Chapter 35:\n(1) For a manufacturer or supplier license, $10,000.\n(2) For a terminal operator license, $5,000.\n(3) For an establishment license, an amount equal to $250 per each video gaming terminal in operation at the premises of the establishment licensee.\n(4) For a key employee, procurement agent license or principal license, $500.\n(5) For any other authorization or license authorized by this part, an amount established by the board, through regulation, which may not exceed $100.\n(c) Terminal increase fee.--An establishment licensee that increases the total number of video gaming terminals within the establishment after submission of the renewal fee required in subsection (b) shall provide the board with a $250 renewal fee for each additional video gaming terminal added to the establishment within 60 days of installation of each additional video gaming terminal.\n(d) Deposit of fees.--Fees collected under this section shall be deposited into the General Fund.","path":["Title 4 - AMUSEMENTS","PART III VIDEO GAMING","CHAPTER 41 REVENUES"],"source_url":"https://www.palegis.us/statutes/consolidated/view-statute?txtType=HTM\u0026ttl=04\u0026div=0\u0026chpt=41\u0026sctn=1\u0026subsctn=0","current_through":"2026-08-05 (Statute Update stamp, 4 Pa.C.S.)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T16:30:18Z","sha256":"96c22dbd293955421f6899a5ea2256736a595809180c733f521527596f6f3046","source_id":"us-pa","stale":false,"prev":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-3908","next":"us-pa/4-pa.c.s.-4102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
