{"data":{"id":"us-pa/51-pa.c.s.-4642","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"51 Pa.C.S. § 4642","heading":"Consent procedure for terminating custodial responsibility granted by court order.","body":"(a) Filing of agreement.--\n(1) After the deploying parent returns from deployment, both parents may file with the court an agreement to terminate an order for temporary custodial responsibility issued under Subchapter C (relating to judicial procedure for granting custodial responsibility during deployment).\n(2) An agreement to terminate an order entered into under this section is not required to be signed by a nonparent to whom custodial responsibility has been granted.\n(b) Order.--After an agreement has been filed, the court shall issue an order terminating the temporary order effective on the date specified in the agreement.
