{"data":{"id":"us-pa/51-pa.c.s.-6014","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"51 Pa.C.S. § 6014","heading":"Assaulting or willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer.","body":"Any person subject to this part who:\n(1) strikes, draws or lifts up any weapon or offers any violence against his superior commissioned officer while he is in the execution of his office; or\n(2) willfully disobeys a lawful command of his superior commissioned officer;\nshall be punished, if the offense is committed in time of war, by confinement of not more than five years or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
