{"data":{"id":"us-pa/51-pa.c.s.-9901","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"51 Pa.C.S. § 9901","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\"Commonwealth program.\" A program administered by the Commonwealth that requires, as a condition for eligibility, the inclusion of an individual's income.
