{"data":{"id":"us-pa/73-pa.c.s.-1102","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"73 Pa.C.S. § 1102","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following words and phrases when used in this part shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n\"Board of commissioners.\" The board of township commissioners of a township of the first class.\n\"Highway.\" A road or highway of the State highway system.\n\"Individual.\" A natural person.\n\"Municipal authority.\" A body politic and corporate created under 53 Pa.C.S.
