{"data":{"id":"us-pa/75-pa.c.s.-7715.1","jurisdiction":"us-pa","citation":"75 Pa.C.S. § 7715.1","heading":"Snowmobile or ATV purchased from dealer.","body":"(a) General rule.--If a snowmobile or ATV is purchased from a dealer, the dealer shall mail or deliver to the department an application for a registration certificate or limited registration certificate, an application for certificate of title, any other required forms and the required fees within 15 days of the date of purchase.\n(b) Penalty.--A dealer who violates subsection (a) commits a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and costs of prosecution or to be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
