The amount paid shall represent 25% of the amount the department is required to deposit into the Public Transportation Trust Fund under 74 Pa.C.S. § 1506(b)(1)(i)(A) (relating to fund) and is payable by the commission under the lease agreement.\n(b) Use of payment.--The department shall allocate the funds received under subsection (a) pursuant to 74 Pa.C.S.
