Laws § 10-21-23","heading":"Final report of receiver — Discharge.","body":"(a) On completion of a receiver’s duties, the receiver shall file a final report including:\n(1) A description of the activities of the receiver in the conduct of the receivership;\n(2) A list of receivership property at the commencement of the receivership and any receivership property received during the receivership;\n(3) A list of disbursements, including payments to professionals engaged by the receiver;\n(4) A list of dispositions of receivership property;\n(5) A list of distributions made or proposed to be made from the receivership for creditor claims;\n(6) If not filed separately, a request for approval of the payment of fees and expenses of the receiver; and\n(7) Any other information required by the court.\n(b) If the court approves a final report filed under subsection (a) of this section and the receiver distributes all receivership property, the receiver is discharged.","path":["Title 10 Courts and Civil Procedure — Procedure in Particular Actions","Chapter 21 Rhode Island Commercial Receivership Act"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE10/10-21/10-21-23.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:55:08Z","sha256":"df7c3f1fa380213f70eaf864fb1a58db83d47f64a046a4f1720aae1e87c1911d","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-10-21-22","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-10-21-24"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
