Laws § 11-15-4","heading":"Use of state emblems for commercial purposes.","body":"No person, firm or corporation shall use the state seal, the state coat of arms, or a facsimile or imitation of them, for commercial purposes. The use of the state seal, the state coat of arms, or a facsimile or imitation of them as a portion of any letterhead, or in any advertisement, shall create a presumption that the use is for commercial purposes.
