Laws § 11-34.1-13","heading":"Reporting.","body":"On or before January 15, 2010, and semi-annually thereafter, each law enforcement agency in this state shall file with the Governor, the Attorney General, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate a report concerning the agency’s enforcement of this chapter during the preceding six (6) month period. Each semi-annual report shall contain, but need not be limited to, the following information:\n(1) The number of persons arrested pursuant to subsection 11-34.1-2(a), subsection 11-34.1-2(b), § 11-34.1-3, § 11-34.1-4, subsection 11-34.1-6(a), subsection 11-34.1-6(b) and subsection 11-34.1-7 of this chapter;\n(2) Of those arrested, the number of persons convicted, placed on probation, whose case is filed pursuant to § 12-10-12, whether those persons pled guilty or nolo contendere or were found guilty after trial by judge or jury;\n(3) The fines and/or sentences of those persons identified pursuant to subdivision (2) of this section; and\n(4) A summary of the amounts of fines levied and the lengths of sentences identified pursuant to subdivision (3) of this section.","path":["Title 11 Criminal Offenses","Chapter 34.1 Commercial Sexual Activity"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE11/11-34.1/11-34.1-13.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:55:15Z","sha256":"d5546f461174d6a51351e779d9921e4c941f451e896b0a90184e1cc7b92e8a24","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-11-34.1-12","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-11-34.1-14"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
