Laws § 11-34.1-8","heading":"Venue of pandering or permitting prostitution prosecutions.","body":"It shall not be a defense to any prosecution of any of the offenses described in this chapter that the offense or any part of the offense shall have been committed outside the state, and any offense described in this chapter may be alleged to have been committed.
