Laws § 11-49-7","heading":"Receipt of money, goods and services obtained by fraudulent use of credit cards.","body":"A person who receives money, goods, services, or anything else of value obtained in violation of § 11-49-4, knowing or believing that it was so obtained, violates this section and is subject to the penalties set forth in § 11-49-10(a).
