Laws § 13-8-24","heading":"Case reports to director of corrections.","body":"The parole board shall prepare a report for each application approved, denied, or continued, containing: (1) a summary of the facts and considerations on which the decision was based; (2) the majority decision of the board, including any special conditions to be required of the parolee; and (3) the dissent, if any, and the reasons for that dissent; and signed by the members of the board.
