Laws § 17-15-31","heading":"Tabulation of state returns — Certificates of nomination or election.","body":"The state board shall proceed to tabulate the state primary returns and announce the results, but shall issue no certificates of nomination until the expiration of the period in which a recount may be requested as provided in § 17-15-34 has expired and, if a request has been filed, until the result has been finally determined by the state board.
