Laws § 20-10-4","heading":"Application for a permit to conduct aquaculture.","body":"Any applicant desiring a permit to conduct aquaculture shall file with the CRMC a written application in any form that it may prescribe, setting forth the following information:\n(1) The name and address of the applicant;\n(2) A description of the location and amount of submerged land and water column to be subject to the permit;\n(3) A description of the aquaculture activities to be conducted, including:\n(i) Whether those activities are to be experimental or commercial;\n(ii) A description of the species to be managed or cultivated within the permitted area; and\n(iii) A description of the method or manner of aquaculture activity;\n(4) An assessment of the current capability of the applicant to carry out those activities; and\n(5) Any other information that the CRMC may by regulation require.","path":["Title 20 Fish and Wildlife","Chapter 10 Aquaculture"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE20/20-10/20-10-4.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:56:20Z","sha256":"f992ed86de3d2840997b520189e3bb0376fa71e48db86afd0ca2d32d63e8568c","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-20-10-3.1","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-20-10-5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
