Laws § 20-16-3","heading":"Possession of ferrets prohibited.","body":"No person shall own or have in his or her possession in this state a European ferret, nor shall any person use ferrets in hunting any game in this state. In addition to the penalties provided in § 20-1-16, any person violating the provisions of this section shall forfeit the ferret(s).
