Laws § 20-2-16","heading":"Hunting license.","body":"(a)(1) Resident: twenty-one dollars ($21.00); commencing July 1, 2025, twenty-four dollars ($24.00); commencing July 1, 2028, twenty-seven dollars ($27.00).\n(2) Nonresident: fifty-five dollars ($55.00); commencing July 1, 2025, sixty-five dollars ($65.00); commencing July 1, 2028, seventy-five dollars ($75.00).\n(3) Nonresident landowner: a nonresident citizen of the United States and owner of real estate in Rhode Island assessed for taxation at a valuation of not less than thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) may obtain a resident’s hunting license.\n(4) Shooting preserve: three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50).\n(5) Nonresident three (3) day: twenty dollars ($20.00).
