Laws § 20-6-30","heading":"Shellfishing prohibitions — Use of SCUBA.","body":"(a) It is hereby prohibited to take shellfish by the use of a self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA) from Green Hill Pond, Quonochontaug Pond, Charlestown Pond, and Potters Pond.\n(b) Penalty.
