Laws § 23-101-4","heading":"Foreign judgments issued in connection with hostile litigation.","body":"(a) Jurisdiction and due process required. A court of this state may not give any force or effect to any foreign judgment in connection with hostile litigation if the court that issued the foreign judgment did not:\n(1) Have personal jurisdiction over the defendant;\n(2) Have jurisdiction over the subject matter; or\n(3) Provide due process of law.\n(b) Limitations period.
