Laws § 23-17-27","heading":"Disclosure of nonparticipation in hospital service plan.","body":"(a) Any health care facility licensed under this chapter which is not a participant in a hospital service plan shall post a notice, in a conspicuous place where it can be read by its patients which shall read, in substance, as follows:\nTo our patients:\nThis facility does not participate in a hospital service plan.
