Laws § 23-17.11-12","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any facility or person that intentionally fails to comply with §§ 23-17.11-4(c) and (d), 23-17.11-7 and 23-17.11-8 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for not more than one year. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense for calculation of the penalty.
