Laws § 23-18.12-7","heading":"Demonstration projects.","body":"With approval of the department, a distributor of beverage containers will have the opportunity to undertake recycling projects or other projects as necessary, to demonstrate a container’s recyclability or enhanced recyclability. After a determination of noncompliance under § 23-18.12-4(a) the approval of the project by the department shall stay the time period for any action under § 23-18.12-4(b).
