Laws § 23-18.18-7","heading":"Violations.","body":"Effective January 1, 2027, a violation of any of the provisions of this law or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall be punishable, in the case of a first violation, by a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
