Laws § 23-19.1-17","heading":"Civil penalty for violations.","body":"Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter, or of any rule, regulation, or order issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be subject to a civil penalty, of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
