Laws § 23-22-10","heading":"Duplicate license — Displaying license after suspension or revocation.","body":"Whenever a license while still effective may become defaced or destroyed, the department of health shall, upon application, issue a duplicate license upon payment of a fee as set forth in § 23-1-54 to the department.
