Laws § 23-22.5-11","heading":"City and town responsibility for bathing areas.","body":"All cities and towns that own or maintain public beaches and swimming areas shall be fully responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of that beach or swimming area, and for the upkeep and maintenance of all toilet facilities at these areas, and are required to furnish qualified personnel to serve as lifeguards during the swimming season.
