Laws § 23-24.3-6","heading":"Civil penalties.","body":"Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, or of any rule, regulation, or order issued pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty to be assessed by the court or the director not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1000).
