Laws § 23-24.4-7","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any employer who willfully, knowingly, and intentionally violates the requirements of this chapter shall be subject to a fine imposed by the department of labor and training of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for every day the violation exists.
