Laws § 23-24.9-16","heading":"Violations.","body":"Effective July 1, 2005, a violation of any of the provisions of this law or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall be punishable, in the case of a first violation, by a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
