Laws § 23-25.2-6","heading":"Rules and regulations.","body":"(a) The director shall:\n(1) Develop by rule and regulation the criteria necessary for defining eligible recipients of emergency relief, eligible IPM projects, and eligible recipients of IPM grants; and\n(2) Establish procedures consistent with the purposes of this chapter.\n(b) In adopting rules and regulations, the director shall comply with §§ 42-35-3(a), 42-35-3(b), and 42-35-4.\n(c) In adopting rules and regulations, the director shall allow for judicial review pursuant to § 42-35-15 upon denials by the director for emergency relief under § 23-25.2-5(b)(1).","path":["Title 23 Health and Safety","Chapter 25.2 Pesticide Relief Fund"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE23/23-25.2/23-25.2-6.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:57:00Z","sha256":"aaa59fb61db9dc72b92e80cb8e079c2eda9310e63672468d25c26a88415363ef","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-23-25.2-5","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-23-25.2-7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
