Laws § 23-27.3-116.8","heading":"Bonds and liability insurance.","body":"Prior to the issuance of a permit to move or demolish a building, a certificate of insurance and a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond shall be filed with the local building official or, in the case of a state project, with the state building commissioner.
