Laws § 23-27.3-125.5","heading":"Hazardous buildings.","body":"Whenever a building is in such hazardous condition as to create an immediate danger to the public health, safety, and welfare, either because of its potential as a fire hazard or because of the danger from collapse, the building official may board up the building immediately at the owner’s expense and may order its immediate demolition.
