Laws § 23-27.3-128.5","heading":"Building official’s responsibilities.","body":"The building official shall be responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities as outlined in article I of this code with regard to the issuing of permits, the maintenance of records, the performance of inspections, and any other administrative procedures except as may be specifically exempt herein.
