Laws § 23-28.2-26","heading":"Plan review fees.","body":"(a) Every request for plan review, by the state fire marshal’s office, under the provisions of the Fire Safety Code shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in this section. Plan review fees shall be as follows:\nNEW BUILDING, ADDITIONS, ALTERATION, STRUCTURES, ETC.
