Laws § 23-28.25-1","heading":"Applicability.","body":"All buildings and facilities covered under the Fire Safety Code and all codes adopted pursuant to the Fire Safety Code, shall be equipped with an approved fire alarm system installed and maintained in accordance with this chapter and any updated fire alarm regulations adopted by the Fire Safety Code Board of Appeal \u0026 Review.
