Laws § 23-28.5-3","heading":"Penalties for violations.","body":"Any person refusing to allow inspections or hindering or obstructing the authority having jurisdiction to make an inspection, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days for each offense.
