Laws § 23-4.5-1","heading":"Blood donations by minors.","body":"Any person of the age of seventeen (17) or over shall be eligible to donate blood in any voluntary and non-compensatory blood program without the necessity of obtaining permission or authorization of his/her parent or guardian.
