Laws § 23-99-7","heading":"Annual reports.","body":"The hub shall submit a report, beginning on or before October 1, 2024, and on October 1 annually thereafter, to the governor, the speaker of the house, and the president of the senate. This report shall include:\n(1) The hub’s receipts and expenditures during such fiscal year;\n(2) The hub’s assets and liabilities at the end of its fiscal year;\n(3) A list of all certified life sciences companies;\n(4) A complete list of grants awarded by the hub and any other funding activities;\n(5) Reports of patents or products resulting from funded activities;\n(6) The status of construction of any real estate project resulting from certification, including whether construction is on-time and on-budget;\n(7) Any federal initiatives that have an impact on life science companies doing business in the state; and\n(8) Any concerns surrounding pending or threatened litigation, pending legislation both state and federal, or any other known material risks.","path":["Title 23 Health and Safety","Chapter 99 The Rhode Island Life Science Hub Act"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE23/23-99/23-99-7.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:57:12Z","sha256":"8b39ab056ca2e607d07234c1dc1382389812e2ae5bc8fbe9ea476aa791112048","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-23-99-6","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-23-99-8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
