Laws § 24-12-36","heading":"Annual report and audit.","body":"Within the first ninety (90) days of each fiscal year of the authority, the authority shall make an annual report to the governor of its activities for the preceding fiscal year. Each report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering its operations during the year.
