Laws § 27-16-1.3","heading":"Restraining order.","body":"Whenever the commissioner believes, from evidence satisfactory to the commissioner, that any insurer is violating or about to violate the provisions of § 27-16-1.2, the commissioner may, through the attorney general of this state, cause a complaint to be filed in the superior court to enjoin and restrain the insurer from continuing the violation or engaging in it or doing any act in furtherance of it.
