Laws § 27-76-5","heading":"Hurricane mediation.","body":"The department of business regulation is hereby authorized to establish by regulation a nonadversarial, nonbinding alternative dispute resolution procedure for the effective, fair, and timely handling of personal lines insurance claims arising out of damages to residential property caused by hurricanes.
