Laws § 27-8-17","heading":"Payment on claim for fire coverage of motor vehicle — Statement required.","body":"No payment shall be made by the insurer of loss or damage to an insured vehicle on a claim for fire coverage as provided in § 27-8-1(6), until the insured has filed a statement in conformity with the provisions of § 27-8.1-2.1, and the insurer has, within a reasonable time, reviewed the statement and determined that no fraud was involved.
