Laws § 28-15-6","heading":"Copy of assignment delivered to employer.","body":"No assignment of future earnings or wages shall be in any way binding upon the employer of the assignor until a copy of the assignment and account, which shall conform to the requirements stated in this section, has been delivered to the employer.
