Laws § 28-18-16","heading":"Penalty for violations.","body":"Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300) for each offense.
