Laws § 28-27-17.1","heading":"Failure to renew license.","body":"Any licensed master, contractor journeyperson, or apprentice who does not renew his or her license on or before his or her birthdate shall be required to pay a twelve-dollar-per-month ($12) administrative assessment fee for the first two (2) years of delinquency, plus outstanding license fees. If a license is not renewed within two (2) years of its expiration it shall result in a forfeiture of the license, notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter.
