Laws § 28-33-21","heading":"Savings or other insurance not to be considered.","body":"No savings or insurance of the injured employee, independent of chapters 29 — 38 of this title, shall be taken into consideration in determining the compensation to be paid, nor shall benefits derived from any other source than the employer be considered in fixing the compensation under those chapters, except as provided in § 28-33-45.
