Laws § 28-34-4","heading":"Relationship of disease to employment — Time of bringing suit.","body":"Neither the employee nor his or her dependents shall be entitled to compensation for disability or death resulting from an occupational disease, unless that occupational disease is due to the nature of his or her employment and was contracted in that employment.
