Laws § 28-5-37","heading":"Posting of statutory provisions.","body":"Every employer, employment agency, and labor union subject to this chapter shall post in a conspicuous place or places on the employer’s, employment agency’s, or labor union’s premises a notice to be prepared or approved by the commission, that shall set forth excerpts of this chapter and any other relevant information the commission deems necessary to explain the chapter.
