Laws § 30-11-9","heading":"Penalty — Surety for costs.","body":"Any person found guilty of a misdemeanor as provided for in §§ 30-11-2 and 30-11-6 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or to confinement for not more than one year, or both.
