Laws § 30-9-3","heading":"Issuance of property — Annual inventory.","body":"Commanding officers of organizations, or other officers requiring supplies, may draw from the adjutant general, upon requisitions duly signed and approved, such arms, ammunition, uniforms, equipment, or other supplies as may be necessary, to be held and accounted for as public property.
